MEET YOUR FUNCTIONAL HEALTH COACH
Hi, I'm Kristen.
I've built businesses, lived all over the world, and spent a decade in a travel film career that took me everywhere. I know what it's like to be the person who never stops pushing.
I also know what it's like when your body says enough. While I was building and traveling, I developed an autoimmune disease, chronic skin issues, painful periods, relentless fatigue, and back pain. I landed in the hospital twice in two years. Doctors wanted to remove my appendix (I still have it, and it's fine). I felt like I was falling apart, and no one could tell me why.
I found my answers through functional medicine. Symptom by symptom, I rebuilt my body. I feel better now than I did in my twenties, and I'll show you how to get there too.

Kristen is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and just wrapped up her first year at the School of Applied Functional Medicine of the two year program.
Outside of official credentials Kristen has been attending workshops, conferences and has a functional medicine doctor she works with herself where she has been able to use her own body as an experiment to realign and unburden her body. She’s so excited to pass what she has learned to empower you to do the same.

Exhausted to Energized is the new and expanded version of the program once called Detox Your Life. It now includes live coaching (instead of recorded presentations), plus broader topics like using AI to win back time, nervous system work, and home and workspace optimization. All the teaching content comes through videos and emails, so our time together is focused on coaching you live.

You'll be supported by your fellow community members and weekly check-ins. In one of our sessions we work on the real reason we don't follow through on our goals, so you can spot what's been getting in your way and actually move past it.

We have 6 weekly sessions that are 50 minutes long. Beyond that, I sent out short form video content where you learn about various subjects. Setting aside a commitment of an hour a week to create new habits is a great start. So just a few hours a week!

You get out what you put in and take action on. While learning is fun, this program is for action takers who are ready to make real change in their life. We are partners in this journey. We will give you the tools and coach you through your struggles while working on accountability. When you put in the commitment to do the work, you’ll see success.

We have weekly coaching calls live on zoom. Once everyone has signed up I will send out a survey to determine the best time that works for the group. Depending on questions that come up we can have more or less group discussion based upon the group -- one of the benefits of having a small group! Each session will be focused around a specific topic with action taking opps to work on over the following week. You'll also get coaching from Kristen, founder at Mapped Wellness.

Right now calls are tentatively set to Mondays at 6:30pm EST but we do a post group signup survey to see if there is an even better time that could work for them on Mondays or Tuesdays. Even if you miss a call, no sweat. All zoom calls are recorded and sent out.

When you attend the live calls you get to know your fellow community members. You can also ask questions live and get IRL coaching. If you have a specific question outside of the calls or before or after the call, we have a slack group where we can communicate where you can get your questions answered. We’re always there for you throughout the program.
During each call there will be time for engaged discussion in a small group.

There's no rigid meal plan. Instead you get guidance on whole, anti-inflammatory foods plus book and recipe recommendations, so you choose what fits your body and your life.

Yes! We have a whole session on hormones. But hormones aren’t the only thing that could be causing your painful periods. The whole program is designed as a rebalancing of the body. Because the body is one unique and beautiful system.

Our skin is a direct reflection of our gut and gut health is an essential part of the video content sent out in the program. So yes!

We put a lot of time and energy into the Exhausted to Energized program. As a filmmaker, Kristen runs her creative agency Border Free Media too so she has limited space to coach life changing programs a few times a year. If you’re thinking about making this leap, now is a great time to do it!

Kristen created OYL from using everything in the program herself to get back to a path of energy and living a vibrant life. She wanted to have a way to help the many others out there who have been stuck, sick, tired and not able to live up to their full potential because of it.
