We'll identify and remove the physical toxins, mental patterns, environmental stressors, and time-wasters that keep you stuck, while building in practices, systems, and habits that support your nervous system, boost metabolic flexibility, align with your human design, and help you thrive. It's not a rigid step-by-step process—it's about creating sustainable change that works for YOUR life and YOUR body.
MEET YOUR FUNCTIONAL HEALTH COACH
Hi! I’m Kristen!
I've built multiple businesses, lived all over the world, and spent the last decade thriving in a travel film career that took me to incredible places. I know what it's like to be a high-achiever, an entrepreneur, someone who's always pushing forward and creating impact.
But here's what I also know: you can't pour from an empty cup.
While building my businesses and traveling the world, I developed an autoimmune disease, chronic skin issues, painful periods, ovarian cysts, relentless fatigue, and chronic low back pain. I ended up in the hospital twice in two years. At one point, doctors wanted to remove my appendix (spoiler alert: I still have it, and it works just fine). I felt like I was falling apart—and no one could figure out what was wrong.
I found my answers through functional medicine. I've worked to rebalance my own body, and symptom by symptom, they have fallen away. I transformed my own life, and I know exactly how to help you do it, too.
Here's the truth for high-achievers like us: You're used to optimizing everything—your business, your systems, your team. But if you're not optimizing YOUR body, YOUR energy, and YOUR health, you're running on borrowed time. I work with entrepreneurs and driven individuals who refuse to settle for "good enough" when it comes to how they feel. Kristen is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and just wrapped up her first year at the School of Applied Functional Medicine of the two year program.
Outside of official credentials Kristen has been attending workshops, conferences and has a functional medicine doctor she works with herself where she has been able to use her own body as an experiment to realign and unburden her body. She’s so excited to pass what she has learned to empower you to do the same.

Optimize Your Life includes live coaching (instead of information presentations during sessions), and broader topics like AI optimization to get time back in your life, nervous system work, human design, and space optimization, plus all educational content is delivered via videos and emails, so our time together is focused on YOUR breakthroughs and coaching live.

The program is less than a cup of coffee a day. Which you’ll likely start drinking less of after this program from what you’ll learn. We’re constantly updating the program with new content so the price will likely go up in future programs.
This investment will save you money (and very likely Dr’s visits) in the long run from what you learn. What you can’t afford? To do is continue living the way you have.

You’ll be supported by your fellow community members. In one of our sessions we actually work on getting to the root of why we don’t succeed at the things we are trying to achieve. We believe that when you know better you do better and we think that if you have an open mind to work on getting to the root of why you may be sabotaging your success, you can make real progress.

We have 6 weekly sessions that are 50 minutes long. Beyond that, I sent out short form video content where you learn about various subjects. Setting aside a commitment of an hour a week to create new habits is a great start. So just a few hours a week!

You get out what you put in and take action on. While learning is fun, this program is for action takers who are ready to make real change in their life. We are partners in this journey. We will give you the tools and coach you through your struggles while working on accountability. When you put in the commitment to do the work, you’ll see success.

We have weekly coaching calls live on zoom. Once everyone has signed up I will send out a survey to determine the best time that works for the group. Depending on questions that come up we can have more or less group discussion based upon the group -- one of the benefits of having a small group! Each session will be focused around a specific topic with action taking opps to work on over the following week. You'll also get coaching from Kristen, founder at Mapped Wellness.

Right now calls are tentatively set to Mondays at 6:30pm EST but we do a post group signup survey to see if there is an even better time that could work for them on Mondays or Tuesdays. Even if you miss a call, no sweat. All zoom calls are recorded and sent out.

No sweat! Every coaching call is recorded and sent out after the session to the OYL group

When you attend the live calls you get to know your fellow community members. You can also ask questions live and get IRL coaching. If you have a specific question outside of the calls or before or after the call, we have a slack group where we can communicate where you can get your questions answered. We’re always there for you throughout the program.
During each call there will be time for engaged discussion in a small group.

We don’t give out specific nutrition plans but do offer tons of insight into whole clean foods, book and recipe recommendations for anti-inflammatory eating. You choose what you like to move forward with as each body is unique.

Yes! We have a whole session on hormones. But hormones aren’t the only thing that could be causing your painful periods. The whole program is designed as a rebalancing of the body. Because the body is one unique and beautiful system.

Our skin is a direct reflection of our gut and gut health is an essential part of the video content sent out in the program. So yes!

We put a lot of time and energy into the Optimize Your Life program. As a filmmaker, Kristen runs her creative agency Border Free Media too so she has limited space to coach life changing programs a few times a year. If you’re thinking about making this leap, now is a great time to do it!

Kristen created OYL from using everything in the program herself to get back to a path of energy and living a vibrant life. She wanted to have a way to help the many others out there who have been stuck, sick, tired and not able to live up to their full potential because of it.
